Welcome to our IDP Fantasy Football Starts for Week 11 of the 2022 fantasy football season!
Unlike our Fantasy Football Starts & Sits on offense, given the broad range of IDP scoring settings available to people that can throw a player’s perceived value through a loop, for our IDP section, we’ll just be recommending to you players you should consider starting this week based on the potential for high statistical output and positional 1, 2, or 3 relevance assuming you’re rolling three deep on your starting roster per positional designation. Defensive Lineman
START: Jonathan Allen versus The Houston Texans
Over the past month, Allen has led interior defensive linemen on the Commanders with 13 total pressures. With a one-on-one win rate of 18.1% and opposing offensive linemen pulling more towards protecting against Montez Sweat and Daron Payne, Allen should have a good day against a Texans offensive line that in the past month has given up the most sacks and pressures during that time span.
START: Jerry Hughes versus The Washington Commanders
Hughes has tallied 3rd most sacks and is tied for the 10th most pressures over the past month for the Houston Texans, he’s the DL6 in PPG with 15.6 over the past month. If you like defensive lineman football, you will love this game on Sunday, and look for Hughes to have another consistent day!

Defensive Backs
START: Richie Grant versus The Chicago Bears
Grant is coming off of back-to-back games where he’s posted 19 total tackles, 3 PDs, and 1 INT. Graded as one the top safeties at stopping the run according to PFF, look for Grant to have another productive fantasy outing for his managers on Sunday against a run-heavy offense of the Bears.
START: Jalen Pitre versus The Washington Commanders
Against high-volume running offenses, an area of the offensive football that the Texans have trouble defending, Pitre has excelled from a fantasy perspective averaging 14.8 PPG. Look for Washington to try expose this Texans’ run game-stopping-ineffcicency and for Pitre to excel for you this week.

Linebackers
START: Jack Sanborn versus The Atlanta Falcons
Where in back to back weeks with Sanborn posting solid solo tackle numbers (7 and 9) and fantasy point performances of 10.5 points and 27.75 pts. I’d hedge my bets that Sanborn should have another solid outing versus a Falcons offense that is one of the most generous to inside linebackers from a fantasy point perspective!
START: Frankie Luvu versus The Baltimore Ravens
Luvu returned to full participation in practice this week just in time for a plus matchup against a run-heavy offense of the Baltimore Ravens. Luvu, should quite frankly be on the field A LOT in this matchup versus a superior Ravens team giving him PLENTY of tackle upside.
