Welcome to our Week 15 Waiver Wire article at Fantasy In Frames for the 2023 fantasy football season!

Alright, y’all….The PLAYOFFS HAVE ARRIVED! Make sure you review these waiver wire suggestions before submitting your FAAB bids and Waiver Claims tonight. LET’S GET IT STARTED!

  1. Jake Browning – 28% rostered on Sleeper
    • QB4 each of the past two weeks. You’re not doing better on the waiver wire in Week 15.
    • Would absolutely consider starting in Minnesota’s dome over Mahomes on the road against New England
  1. Joe Flacco – 9% rostered on Sleeper
    • 560yds and 5 TDs on 45 passing attempts per game in his 1st two starts
    • Great matchups over the next two weeks against Chicago and Houston.
  1. Bailey Zappe – 5% rostered on Sleeper
    • QB7 last week on 68% Pass Completion and 3TDs
    • The next two opponents (Chiefs and Broncos) are both ranked 21st or worse in Pass Rush and Coverage.
  1. Chase Brown – 13% rostered on Sleeper
    • Snap% has doubled to 30% over the last two weeks, while Mixon’s has been trending down since Week 8.
    • Dual-threat capability with Flex appeal as a back-up and league-winner if Mixon were to go down.
  1. Clyde Edwards-Helaire – 53% rostered on Sleeper
    • Pacheco is likely to miss at least one more game making CEH one of the few starting options on the wire.
    • He led the backfield in carries and targets against the Bills, and a positive game script against the Patriots will lead to more work.
  1. Rico Dowdle  – 14% roster on Sleeper
    • 12 attempts last week and Snap% trending upward on one of the league’s most explosive Offenses
    • Cowboys have high-scoring O/U match-ups the next three weeks against Bills, Dolphins and Lions
  1. Odell Beckham, Jr. – 52% rostered on Sleeper
  • Since Week 9, OBJ has more Targets, Yards, Y/Reception and Fantasy PPG than Zay Flowers.
  • Four Top 20 finishes in his last five outings and averaging over 7 Targets a game the past 3 weeks.
  1. Zay Jones – 43% rostered on Sleeper
  • Averaging 11 Targets per game the last two weeks including 14 last week against the Browns.
  • Exploitable playoff schedule against the Ravens, who lost S Kyle Hamilton for the season and just got served by the Rams; then Bucs and Panthers.
  1. Demarcus Robinson – 0% rostered on Sleeper
  • Pure desperation play but Robinson has scored a TD the last two games and had a 10 targets last week against the Ravens.
  • Cake playoff schedule against the Commanders, Saints, and Giants. Again, only for the deepest leagues.
  1. Tyler Conklin – 22% rostered on Sleeper
  • Only TE Top10 in Targets and Yards not at least 69% rostered. Tied with Tanner Hudson with 20 Receptions.
  • Zach and Garrett Wilson both had their best games of the season which could open things up for Conklin.
  1. Chigoziem Okonkwo – 29% rostered on Sleeper
  • One of the few TEs with big play capability averaging 15.3 Yds/Reception the past two weeks.
  • The fantasy playoff schedule includes the Texans twice and the Seahawks, who have been terrible at defending the TE position.
  1. Cade Otton – 40% rostered on Sleeper
  • Cade Otton is the definition of mid, but he is a Top 10 TE in Red Zone Targets, which gives him Touchdown upside.
  • Baker Mayfield has failed to throw a TD in only one game this season and has seven games with two or more.
  1. Indianapolis Colts – 41% rostered on Sleeper
  • Top 5 DST in nearly every Takeaway stat since Week 9 despite having a bye week. #1 in PPG with 15+.
  • Absolutely insatiable playoff schedule with matchups against the Steelers, Falcons, and Raiders.
  1. Denver Broncos – 23% rostered on Sleeper
  • Top 10 DST in all but one game since Week 8, and three Top 5 finishes.
  • Great playoff schedule with match-ups against a sinking Lions team followed by the Patriots, then Chargers, who have likely lost Justin Herbert for the season.
  1. Chicago Bears– 11% rostered on Sleeper
  • Don’t laugh, but the Bears have finished Top 7 or better in their last three games and lead the league with 6 INTs. Only the Texans have more than 3.
  • The playoff schedule makes them risky but streamable, with games against the Browns, Cardinals, and Falcons.
