Hey #4EYEDfans,
Congrats on making it to the second round of the fantasy football playoffs!
Here are your 4-EYED STARTS & SITS For Week 15!
Quarterback
Philip Rivers vs. Houston Texans: START
As friend of ours here at Fantasy In Frames, Bob Lung, would say, “consistency is key”. It doesn’t get more consistent than Philip Rivers. Since Week 10, Rivers has averaged close to 300 yards passing and 18.9 fantasy points per game during that timespan. This week he faces a Texans team in which he posted 285 yards passing, 2 TD, and 19.2 fantasy points against just two weeks ago. Expect more of the same this week.
T.Y. Hilton is still elite.

Matt Ryan vs. Tampa Bay: SIT
I’d rather start Nick Mullens than Matt Ryan at this point in the fantasy football season. This should tell you all you need to know about my assessment of Matt Ryan’s upside without Julio Jones in the lineup.

Running Back
Nyheim Hines & Jonathan Taylor vs. Houston Texans: START
Jonathan Taylor and Nyheim Hines have been 2 of the 3 most emphasized pieces of this Colts offense in recent weeks along with wide receiver T.Y. Hilton. Against a Texans defense that is flat-out atrocious in stopping the run and in pass coverage fire up Taylor as your RB2 and Hines as your FLEX with confidence this week.

James Conner vs. Cincinnati Bengals: SIT
Despite the fact that the Bengals are allowing 20 fantasy points per game to the running back position, James Conner’s woeful 2.82 yards per carry average over the past 6 weeks combined with his recent quad injury places him in the MUST SIT column for me this week and for the rest of the playoffs.
Wide Receiver
Bradon Aiyuk vs. Dallas Cowboys: START
Since week 7, Brandon Aiyuk has become a consistent focal point of this 49ers passing game. Averaging, in games played since Week 7, 99 yards receiving per game & 16.94 fantasy points per game in 1/2PPR scoring Aiyuk is the target monster for this 49ers offense. Facing a Dallas team allowing 34.4 fantasy points to wide receivers on season look for Aiyuk to not only continue this trend THIS week but throughout the remainder of the fantasy football playoffs!
Brandon Aiyuk made Deebo Samuel an afterthought in the offense. They are going to keep feeding the rookie. Deebo gotta fall in line with the rest of the squad. 😭😂 Crazy thing is Deebo is hella good. It’s Aiyuks squad now tho pic.twitter.com/Whg9yC5dnV

Jamison Crowder vs. L.A. Rams: SIT
Don’t do it, #Jets
Tight End
Logan Thomas vs. Seattle Seahawks: START
While Seattle only allows 48 receiving yards per game to the position, Logan Thomas has become a focal point of this Washington passing game. Despite the fact Dwyane Haskins is playing at QB for the WFT this weekend, look for Thomas to still get ample target volume and provide 1/2PPR and full PPR upside in spite of the lack of yardage accumulated.
Alex Smith to Logan Thomas! #WashingtonFootball has tied the game with 9:09 remaining.

Eric Ebron vs. Cincinatti Bengals: SIT
I said it last week and I’ll say it again. Avoid Eric Ebron in all matchups going forward. He’s far too inconsistent with securing the ball in his hands when targeted in the passing game. Play someone like Irv Smith, Jr. or Cole Kmet in his place.
Oh look…another #Steelers drop.

IDP CONTENT
As we do every week, when discussing IDP players we reference their fantasy point production using the FantasyPros IDP scoring rubric:
Linebackers
Tyrell Adams vs. Indianapolis Colts: START
As you’ve heard from us weekly, Tyrell Adams has become an IDP tackle thumper at the position. His high tackle volume, alone, makes him a must start EVERY WEEK, AND chances are he’s probably still available on your league’s waiver wire. Pick him up, if you haven’t already, and start him this week.

Bobby Wagner vs. New York Jets: SIT/Temper Expectations
As I mentioned on The Fantasy Playbook Podcast (@TheFantasyPBPod on Twitter) this week, Bobby Wagner’s solo tackle production has dropped a bit since Jamal Adams has come to town thus capping his fantasy upside. While still a must-start in IDP leagues, Wagner’s expectations for total tackle output should be lowered going forward.
Defensive Backs
Kameren Curl vs. Seattle Seahawks: START
Daniel Sorenson vs. New Orleans Saints: SIT
While being a bright spot for a few weeks in IDP, Daniel Sorenson’s playmaking potential has come WAY BACK down to Earth. With Drew Brees back in the saddle for New Orleans, look for him to pass the ball in every direction limiting WHERE Sorenson can go on each play decreasing his IDP scoring potential.
Defensive Linemen/Edge Rushers
Aldon Smith vs. San Fransisco 49ers: START
The revenge game narrative is too strong to ignore with Aldon Smith going against his former team this week. Look for him to continue his hot streak from last week as he faces a 49ers team that has allowed the 3rd most QB hits, 4th most TFLs, and 31 sacks on the season to opposing defenses.

— Dallas Cowboys (@dallascowboys) December 13, 2020
Cameron Jordan vs. Atlanta Falcons: SIT
You all know by now I don’t trust Cameron Jordan as a weekly starter in IDP. Too boom or bust. Give me Trey Hendrickson instead and leave Jordan out of your lineups!
Thanks for reading, #4EYEDfans!
Good luck in Week 15!
