#1 Calvin Ridley

2023 Season Stats

  • Games Played: 17
  • Targets/Receptions/Yards: 136/76/1016
  • Touchdowns: 8
  • Non-PPR: 153.9
  • Half-PPR: 191.9
  • Full-PPR: 229.9

2024 Season Stats

  • Games Played: 4
  • Targets/Receptions/Yards: 19/9/141
  • Touchdowns: 1
  • Non-PPR: 28.1
  • Half-PPR: 32.6
  • Full-PPR: 37.1

Week 6 Opponent

  • Indianapolis Colts

My number one flex option for this week is Calvin Ridley. Any other week, this would be sort of a stretch as my number one flex. This week is coming off of the bye and playing against a get-right defense in the Colts, who is ranked 29th in yards given up through the air. They have allowed 262.2 passing yards per game through six weeks to opposing offenses. Ridley is the clear-cut number-one read for the Titans. He leads the team in snaps (74.6%) and target share (17.9%). Play Ridley in your flex spot this week with confidence.

#2 Zay Flowers

2023 Season Stats

  • Games Played: 16
  • Targets/Receptions/Yards: 108/77/858
  • Touchdowns: 5
  • Non-PPR: 129.4
  • Half-PPR: 167.9
  • Full-PPR: 206.4

2024 Season Stats

  • Games Played: 5
  • Targets/Receptions/Yards: 39/24/269
  • Touchdowns: 1
  • Non-PPR: 35.5
  • Half PPR: 47.5
  • Full-PPR: 59.5

Week 6 Opponent

  • Washington Commanders

My number two flex option for this week is Zay Flowers. Flowers has a pretty juicy matchup this week against the Commanders. They give up 198 passing yards per game to their opposing teams. The Raven’s bread and butter is the run game clearly, but in this run-heavy offense, Flowers is the team leader in targets(7.8 per game). This is a good play for your flex option this week, as the Commanders will probably sell out through the air to stop Lamarr Jackson and King Henry.

#3 Demario Douglas

2023 Season Stats

  • Games Played: 14
  • Targets/Receptions/Yards: 78/49/561
  • Touchdowns: 0
  • Non-PPR: 58.2
  • Half-PPR: 82.7
  • Full-PPR: 107.2

2024 Season Stats

  • Games Played: 5
  • Targets/Receptions/Yards: 24/18/153
  • Touchdowns: 0
  • Non-PPR: 16.2
  • Half-PPR: 25.2
  • Full-PPR: 34.2

Week 6 Opponent

  • Houston Texans

My number three flex option is for managers who are in a tight spot and are in need of a flex option. Demario Douglas is the leading target earner in this offense (18% target share) in this very run-heavy offense. Now enter Drake Maye!!!!!! Maye will make his first start this year, which I imagine will give the passing game an uptick. Douglas is great at getting open; he is ranked #8 in the NFL in getting separation, and a lot of his routes are close to the line of scrimmage. This will be very valuable to the rookie QB with a bad offensive line. Maye’s ability to extend plays will be a valuable asset to this offense with a terrible offensive line. This ability will give the receivers more time to get free, and Douglas could play a big part in giving Maye a better chance of getting rid of the ball faster. This is a stretch play because we haven’t seen it yet, and the Texans are a very stingy pass defense, but I believe it will be a good option if you are in a pinch.

#4 Roschon Johnson

2023 Season Stats

  • Games Played: 15
  • Rushing Attempts/Yards/YPC: 81/352/4.3
  • Touchdowns: 2
  • Targets/Receptions/Yards: 40/34/209
  • Receiving Touchdowns: 0
  • Non-PPR: 68.1
  • Half-PPR: 85.1
  • Full-PPR: 102.1

2024 Season Stats

  • Games Played: 4
  • Rushing Attempts/Yards/YPC: 25/81/3.2
  • Touchdowns: 3
  • Targets/Receptions/Yards: 5/4/32
  • Receiving Touchdowns: 0
  • Non-PPR: 29.3
  • Half-PPR: 31.3
  • Full-PPR: 33.3

Week 6 Opponent

  • Jacksonville Jaguars

D’Andre Swift is doing Swift things again!!!!! He is great in between the 20s but still having trouble punning it into the endzone. This is what makes Roschon Johnson my number four flex option for this week. Johnson is seeing the field on all of the goalline work. He has three TDs in the past two weeks. Now, I know that touchdowns are not a very sticky stat, but going against the run defense of the Jags that’s ranked #9 in the NFL, they are dead last through the air. The Bears will get to the red zone a few times in this game, and when they do, the Bears’ preferred choice is Johnson. You can plug him into your flex if you are in a desperate situation.
