BJ Ojulari
Week 11 ECR Rankings: Not Ranked
Week 10’s Fantasy Point Finish: DL3 (22.0 Points in FantasyPros Scoring)
- Where the hell did THIS come from!? Ojulari was tied in total defensive snap share with Zaven Collins on Sunday versus the Falcons and tallied an IMPRESSIVE 22.2% win rate and 33.3% pressure rate for a total of 8 total tackles, two TFLs, and two sacks.
- He’s definitely a must-add based on his tackle floor and pressure rate alone!
Preston Smith
Week 11 ECR Rankings: DL60
Week 10’s Fantasy Point Finish: DL13 (11.8 Points in FantasyPros Scoring)
- Old, reliable Preston Smith is someone who is more of a streaming option for the remainder of the season.
- This week against the Chargers, the majority of attention should once again go Rashaan Gary’s way, giving a clear road to TFL and sack upside this week for Smith.
Elandon Roberts
Week 11 ECR Rankings: LB46
Week 10’s Fantasy Point Finish: LB15 (14.5 Points in FantasyPros Scoring)
- As I mentioned in last week’s IDP Waiver Wire article, Elandon Roberts had been the most efficient linebacker on the Steelers over the past month, and all that was needed was for him to see a bump in playing time.
- Well, with both Cole Holcomb and Kwon Alexander suffering season-ending injuries in back-to-back weeks, Roberts is solidified as the every-down LB1 for the Pittsburgh Steelers, making him an LB2/3 rest of the season, barring injury, for fantasy.
Nate Landman
Week 11 ECR Rankings: BYE WEEK
Week 10’s Fantasy Point Finish: LB4 (24.3 Points in FantasyPros Scoring)
- Over the past two weeks, we’ve seen Nate Landman tear it up in the total tackle and impact play department. 18 total tackles, two sacks, two PDs, and an INT over the past two weeks is CRAAAZY.
- Atlanta is on a bye this week, but given his outstanding tackle floor and big-play upside, Landman is an LB I want to roster now so I don’t have to fight over him NEXT week on waivers.
Ivan Pace, Jr
Week 11 ECR Rankings: LB41
Week 10’s Fantasy Point Finish: LB54 (6.0 Points in FantasyPros Scoring)
- Pace started the year playing well, making for a viable LB3 each week. However, as the season went on, we saw the Vikings utilize one linebacker and three safety looks on the field, essentially phasing out Pace’s playing time.
- With news today that Jordan Hicks has been placed on IR, Pace is set to return to the starting lineup for the Vikings in an every-down role putting him in the LB3 discussion, if not more, as the next few weeks progress.
Rudy Ford
Week 11 ECR Rankings: DB25
Week 10’s Fantasy Point Finish: DB30 (12.8 Points in FantasyPros Scoring)
- With the return of Rudy Ford to the starting lineup as the primary box safety, we saw a return to his early-season performances in both tackle volume and fantasy point production.
- Barring injury, Ford is a suitable play at DB going forward this season, especially during the remaining bye weeks.
Keanu Neal
Week 11 ECR Rankings: DB44
Week 10’s Fantasy Point Finish: DB11 (15.5 Points in FantasyPros Scoring)
- Keanu Neal has firmly established himself as the primary box safety in the Steelers’ secondary which makes him a huge fantasy asset in your defensive back spot since he’s basically playing a de facto linebacker, helping in run support.
- Lock in your lineups without hesitation for the foreseeable future or at least until Minkah Fitzpatrick returns from injury.
