Welcome to our tenth IDP Waiver Wire article at Fantasy In Frames for the 2023 fantasy football season!
As I did for Week 9, I will use FantasyPros Expert Consensus Rankings to base my weekly recommendations for players to roster. I believe using this method of identifying waiver recommendations will benefit people in newbie leagues all the way through to the more advanced IDP-playing fantasy managers. Here are my IDP Fantasy Football Waiver Wire for Week 10 (2023) recommendations.

Boye Mafe
Week 10 ECR Rankings: DL21
Week 9’s Fantasy Point Finish: DL4 (20.4 Points in FantasyPros Scoring)
- With a team-leading 60.5% pass-rushing snap share, per PFF, Mafe is coming off of back-to-back weeks with a tackle floor of at least six total tackles and has had a sack in the past six games.
- As long as the tackle volume remains high, Mafe is approaching every week starter status.
Justin Madubuike
Week 10 ECR Rankings: DL32
Week 9’s Fantasy Point Finish: DL13 (15.0 Points in FantasyPros Scoring)
- Averaging at least a sack, three tackles, and 12.5 PPG (DL8 in FantasyPros scoring) since Week 4, Madubuike is becoming a defensive lineman that is transcending mere must-start status in Defensive Tackle ONLY leagues, but as a reliable DL2 despite playing as an interior defensive lineman
- His 161 pass-rushing snap total since Week 4 is tied with Jadeveon Clowney, thus should provide comfort to fantasy managers looking for stead opportunity, especially for a defensive lineman with a 14.6% win rate versus offensive linemen.
Kyle Van Noy
Week 10 ECR Rankings: Not Ranked
Week 9’s Fantasy Point Finish: DL11 (17.5 Points in FantasyPros Scoring)
- Having any piece of this Ravens’ pass-rushing defense, especially in deeper IDP leagues, is never a bad thing. Despite being 3rd amongst edge rushers on the Ravens in terms of pass-rushing snaps the past three weeks, Van Noy is still tied for second in total pressures and has led the team in sacks since Week 7.
- While only an emergency fill-in at this point, he is someone continuing to worth monitoring on your league’s waiver wire. He could even be an under the radar fill-in during bye weeks.
Isaiah McDuffie
Week 10 ECR Rankings:LB56
Week 9’s Fantasy Point Finish: LB20 (14.8 Points in FantasyPros Scoring)
- McDuffie, over his last three games played, has averaged nine total tackles. Filling in for Quay Walker, McDuffie has shown fantasy managers this season that he is a more than capable starting option for your IDP teams should either De’vondre Campbell or Quay Walker miss time due to injury.
- What makes him even more impressive is when looking at tackle efficiency and missed tackle rate, he is right on par with Campbell and Walker in those departments too, since Week 7.
Elandon Roberts
Week 10 ECR Rankings: Not Ranked
Week 9’s Fantasy Point Finish: LB30 (12.3 Points in FantasyPros Scoring)
- Groan all you want, fellow IDP analysts, but Elandon Roberts has been the most efficient linebacker behind Cole Holcomb since Week 7.
- While Kwon Alexander will slide into Holcomb’s role on the team, it is Roberts that I believe will ultimately be the linebacker you’ll want to start in Pittsburgh due to his favorable trend in efficiency and solo-to-assist tackling ratio in recent weeks.
Jamin Davis
Week 10 ECR Rankings: LB40
Week 9’s Fantasy Point Finish: LB33 (11.3 Points in FantasyPros Scoring)
- Jamin Davis has been as consistent as they come in terms of an every-down role on the Commanders.
- In Week 9, he led all Commanders’ linebackers in 100% snaps, along with in tackle efficiency.
- In six out of nine games this season, he’s delivered double-digit points using FantasyPros IDP scoring.
Jonathan Owens
Week 10 ECR Rankings: DB23
Week 9’s Fantasy Point Finish: DB9 (16.3 Points in FantasyPros Scoring)
- Owen had the majority of box snaps on Sunday, leading to a seven total tackle performance and one sack.
- With Darnell Savage out, Owens slides firmly into low-end DB2 discussion.
Jordan Fuller
Week 10 ECR Rankings: Bye Week
Week 9’s Fantasy Point Finish: DB28 (10.8 Points in FantasyPros Scoring)
- No Ernest Jones at linebacker this week saw Jordan Fuller take on more of a presence in the box for the LA Rams in Week 9.
- As long as Jones is missing time at linebacker, Fuller steps firmly into a DB2/DB3 role.
