Follow along as Jorge gives you upside plays at DL, LB, and DB in our latest Chasing IDP Upside in Week 16 article.
Defensive Line/EDGE Rusher
Kyle Van Noy (Los Angeles Chargers)

Van Noy is coming off of back to back games with 7 total tackles and two sacks. Kyle had an impressive 18.7% pressure rate in Week 15 and against Braden Smith of the Colts this week, who has allowed 6 pressures in one sack the past two games, Van Noy has some definitive upside this week.
Linebacker
Lavonte David (Tampa Bay Buccaneers)
While Devin White is the household name for the Bucs linebacking corps nowadays don’t sleep on Lavonte David. Posting 8.3 tackles per game the past four games played, David is an upside play going against a Cardinals team that should be more run-heavy because of the decrepid QB situation. Look for Devin White to assist in the pressures department and for David to pick up the tackle upside.
Bobby Okereke (Indianapolis Colts)
Bobby led the way in Week 15 in tackle efficiency versus the Vikings putting up 12 total tackles and 15 fantasy points. Lets face it, Okereke’s performance last week was a product of volume, and this week versus the Chargers his success should be a by product of volume yet again.
Defensive Back
Julian Blackmon (Indianapolis Colts)

With Kenny Moore out again this week, look for Julian Blackmon’s role to be primarily playing in the slot. Blackmon allowed a team high 75% reception percentage, 123 receiving yards, and 104 yards after the catch in Week 15. While from a real standpoint he played not well in coverage for most of the game (sans his INT/Pick 6), for IDP he posted four total tackles, one pass breakup, one INT, one TD and 17 fantasy points. Blackmon has the best upside of the remaining defensive backs on Christmas Day and Monday Night.
