Favorable Wide Receiver Matchups for Week 13 (2021)
Each week Fantasy In Frames is highlighting key wide receiver matchups to take advantage of. Here are four favorable wide receiver matchups for Week 13
Strong Week 12 performance for us as all four WRs scored double-digit FF points in most formats. Hopefully, we can repeat that feat this week with our WR3 / FLEX options for Week 13.
Micheal Pittman Jr – Indianapolis Colts
The second-year WR has had somewhat of a breakout season for the Colts this year, and I expect him to add another impressive performance to his impressive season against a Houston Texans defense that grades 31st in Defensive Coverage Vs Receivers, according to PFF.
Van Jefferson – Los Angeles Rams

The Rams have lost three straight games but have a great opportunity to turn the tide against an underwhelming Jaguars side. Van Jefferson is coming off of a 3/93/1 game against the Green Bay Packers, and with Odell Beckham Jr carrying a slight hip injury heading into this game, we could see more of the former Florida pass-catcher against a Jaguars defense that sits inside the bottom-10 in Defensive Coverage Vs Receivers, according to PFF.
Rashod Bateman – Baltimore Ravens
Rookie wide-out Rashod Bateman has had a turbulent start to his NFL career after missing the beginning of the season due to injury. Bateman has managed six games so far this year, and although he’s yet to find the endzone nor have more than 80 receiving yards in a single game, both of those stats could change against a Pittsburgh Steelers defense that currently grades 29th in the NFL in Defensive Coverage Vs Receivers, according to PFF.
Christian Kirk – Arizona Cardinals
With DeAndre Hopkins expected to be a game-time decision for the Cardinals this week, it’s going to be up to another pass-catcher to help his QB move the chains against Chicago. Christian Kirk has had a better and more fantasy-relevant season than many expected already this season, and up against a Bears defense that grades comfortably inside the bottom-10 for Defensive Coverage Vs Receivers, according to PFF, I wouldn’t be surprised to see him impress once again.
